We are looking for an exceptionally talented Trade and Regulatory Compliance Product Manger to join the Product Management Group in our Hyderabad office. This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to specify, develop, and implement the firms’ infrastructure and new middle-and-back-office applications.

What you’ll do:

• Strategize with the business owners to create product vision
• Partner with business and tech owners to derive solutions for complex business problems
• Maintain the product roadmap and manage product backlog
• Work closely with the engineering team to design, manage, and maintain the product
• Communicate with all stakeholders, prepare project plans, release notes, etc.
• Conduct timely business-technology governance meetings
• Work with other product managers for projects cutting across multiple business areas to provide comprehensive business solutions

What you’ll need:

• ~5 years of experience managing multiple products, especially hedge fund trade and regulatory compliance
• Basic knowledge of various equity and derivative instruments and their trade life cycle
• Familiarity with various regulatory reporting requirements applicable to hedge funds: Form PF, AIFMD, MiFID, Short Position Reporting, etc. will be an added advantage
• An outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables
• A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
