RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives across corporate finance, digital transformation, and business growth
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business goals
Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency
Translate business priorities into actionable plans, tracking progress through structured dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reporting
Act as a central coordination point across departments, ensuring seamless communication and execution of key initiatives
Conduct financial and business analysis to support decision-making, investment planning, and growth strategies
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and insights for leadership and board discussions
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions proactively
Support organizational scaling by building processes, frameworks, and governance mechanisms that enable sustainable growth
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, or business operations roles
Strong expertise in corporate finance, including financial planning, analysis, and business performance management
Proven experience driving or supporting digital transformation initiatives within organizations
Demonstrated ability to manage high-impact projects and work closely with senior leadership
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions
High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Experience in high-growth or consulting-driven environments is highly preferred
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution and business impact
