The kindest thing you can do for a student who achieves 99% is to withhold calling it 100%. If that statement unsettles you, this role is not a fit. If it resonates, continue reading.
Students at Alpha do not attend lectures. They advance through adaptive applications, complete content at double the speed of conventional classrooms, and develop practical life skills as they progress. Your responsibility is to ensure three guarantees are met for every child in your cohort: a genuine love of school, learning that occurs at 2x speed, and acquisition of skills no traditional textbook provides. You will also coach the Guides who deliver these same guarantees throughout your campus.
Each morning begins with data review. Analytics reveal which students are progressing and which require additional support. By mid-morning, you are facilitating a live workshop, guiding K-8 students through public speaking exercises or focus training using Alpha's structured playbook. Post-lunch, you observe a Guide's session, then provide them with three concrete actions to refine their approach. On certain days, you serve as the energy catalyst in a motivation session, transforming leaderboard challenges into momentum. You remain directly engaged with your own student cohort while simultaneously developing Guides to meet your standard—and as they rise, your influence expands from one cohort to an entire campus.
You will witness reserved children present with confidence to adults. You will see a student who once "hated school" request to remain after hours. And you will understand that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their success—because upholding the bar demonstrates your belief in their ability to reach it.
If you have exceeded benchmarks, transformed struggling performers into achievers, and are prepared to do the same for children: submit your application now.
