This is a technical product ownership position at the executive tier, where you will control the architecture, technical direction, and AI integration across our complete learning system. You will be accountable for navigating the complex technical tradeoffs that keep our products lean, scalable, and uncompromisingly centered on enhancing student outcomes. You will reason like a Chief Technology Officer yet execute like a product entrepreneur, synthesizing engineering rigor with learning science principles to consistently deliver breakthroughs.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
