Requirements Description and Requirements The Opportunity The Long Term Disability (LTD) Claims Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and empathetic disability claim evaluations that support financial security and confidence for our customers across the United States . This role is essential to MetLife’s mission by ensuring fair, compliant, and customer-focused claim decisions while balancing risk management, regulatory requirements, and service excellence.

The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 - $80,169. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
