We are seeking skilled leaders to join our newly established Software Ecosystem Management team. This team is reimagining how we ensure the security, reliability, stability, and performance of software components used across OCI. This is a unique greenfield opportunity to help design and build new cloud services from the ground up. We are growing rapidly, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. You will join a team of smart, motivated, and diverse people and be given the autonomy—as well as the support—to do your best work. Responsibilities Who are we looking for? You are motivated, self-starting, capable of operating independently, and have experience building, growing, and managing high-performing engineering teams that deliver results. You will guide engineers in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining OCI cloud services. You pay attention to detail, overcome obstacles independently, and know when to seek help. You are an independent thinker who is eager to challenge the status quo, meeting the challenges of next-generation cloud.
You are a proven technical leader who knows how to get things done. You can balance team velocity and delivery quality with iteration and incremental improvements. You’ve grown careers, handled difficult situations, and consistently delivered for your customers. You understand operational excellence and how to instill a culture of high quality and customer focus.

May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
