Our Team

We partner with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions that are revolutionizing the entertainment industry.

CBP Programs & Ops strives for consistency via comprehensive support to our product domain leaders and product managers. Our mission is to enhance operational efficiency by centralizing and managing essential resources, fostering effective communication, and exploring innovative technology solutions. To achieve our mission we develop operating models tailored to the product domains we support, helping to provide them with tools and insights needed for our dynamic environment – this foundational work helps us build towards a cohesive operating model for the CBP department.
