This is not a conventional product management position centered on customer feedback cycles or incremental feature releases. This is an executive-level technical product ownership role where you will own the architecture, technical strategy, and AI integration of our complete learning system. You will be accountable for making critical technical tradeoffs that keep our products lean, scalable, and relentlessly focused on student outcome improvement. You will combine the strategic thinking of a CTO with the execution velocity of a product entrepreneur, integrating engineering excellence with learning science to drive continuous breakthroughs.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
