Purpose of the Role:
Design, curate, and deliver leadership programs aligned to organizational strategic objectives. Identify critical leadership competencies and baseline them through globally valid and reliable leadership assessment(s) or diagnostics. Review & update the Leadership Framework regularly to ensure it’s contemporary and relevant. Stay up to date with industry practices and build/strengthen internal leadership development practices to be the best in the industry. Manage complex leadership programs/journeys/initiatives to ensure their impact and participant experience.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Leadership Development Strategy & Plan:
Work with the senior business and functional leaders to create a comprehensive leadership development plan for a unit/program/account as needed, in line with its business objectives. Translate business objectives to development outcomes.
Leadership Program Design:
Design leadership programs and journeys to address the specific development areas/leadership competencies identified. Apply instructional design, adult learning, and other development frameworks as applicable.
Leadership Assessment Design:
Create and/or curate relevant and globally valid & reliable leadership assessments for specific objectives/context. These includes 360, leadership surveys, potential assessment, behavioral assessments, and simulations.
Leadership Framework:
Create leadership framework(s) to inform and align all development & assessment programs of ILI. Review & update on an ongoing basis to ensure relevancy.
Program Management:
Manage and lead identified leadership programs/initiatives, implementing best in class program management methodologies
Leadership Engagement & Advisory:
Engage with assigned leaders and partner them on their leadership journey. Offer advice on their PDP and help progress on their leadership journey.
Partner / Vendor Management:
Expand and strengthen ILI’s partner ecosystem, helping establish relationships with globally renowned academic, expert, professional, and industry institutions. Leverage their best offerings and expertise to bring the best in leadership for our leaders.
Organizational/Unit Initiatives:
Lead / co-lead / participate in strategic initiatives as required and ensure they meet the objectives outlined
Branding:
Participate in internal and external award/branding forums to showcase leadership best practices designed and implemented by Infosys Leadership Institute
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze data to identify and predict trends and generate insights for leadership development and succession planning. Evaluate and implement tools for reporting & analytics, in order to improve the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of ILI.
People Leadership:
Build, coach, and lead a team as required to drive ILI objectives
