Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Job Description:
• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Review and verify timekeeping data, including hours worked, overtime, and leave taken.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports, including labor distribution, payroll summaries, and tax filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll deductions, including benefits, taxes, and garnishments.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies, deductions, and tax withholdings in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data management, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates or deductions.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to processes as needed.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation.
• Participate in payroll system upgrades and enhancements, providing input on process improvements.
Requirements:
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Oracle, ADP, etc) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment.
• Familiarity with onboarding automation tools or platforms.
• Understanding of US employment laws and compliance
