Job Description:
Responsible for developing, enhancing capabilities, modifying and/or maintaining chatbot applications in the Global Markets environment. Conversation Bot Engineers design, code, test, debug and document programs well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. You are required to work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. You must typically have in-depth knowledge of analyzing data, developing chatbot, automation to handle data and work with data refinement tools. Understanding business requirements and coming up with optimum and best to the market solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy chatbots and voicebots using Dialogflow.
- Create and manage intents, entities, contexts, fulfillment, and webhook integrations.
- Develop conversational flows and dialogue management strategies for multi-turn conversations.
- Analyze historical chat transcripts and large volumes of user-generated content to train and optimize NLP models.
- Improve intent classification accuracy, entity extraction, and response quality.
- Integrate Dialogflow bots with backend systems, APIs, CRM platforms, and third-party services.
- Implement webhook services using backend technologies.
- Perform corpus analysis and continuously refine training phrases and conversational flows.
- Monitor bot performance using analytics and optimize based on user behavior and feedback.
- Document conversational design patterns, training datasets, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with new Dialogflow features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in building and deploying chatbots/voicebots using Dialogflow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
- Experience in training and tuning bots using historical conversation data.
- Knowledge of dialogue management, formal syntax, formal semantics, and corpus analysis.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Node.js
- Experience implementing webhook integrations and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment environments.
Soft Skills
- Strong written communication skills, especially for conversational content design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
