Job Description Who You’ll Work With In this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager and work closely with the Global Finance and GL Accounting teams to ensure seamless financial reporting. You’ll act as a key partner to People Operations (HR) and Benefits/Equity specialists to sync employee lifecycle changes, while managing day-to-day relationships with our external payroll providers across the US and APAC. Additionally, you will be a direct resource for our 2,500+ employees, providing timely support for their payroll inquiries and collaborating with Internal Auditors to maintain rigorous SOX compliance.
What You’ll Do You will be in charge of the bi weekly multistate payroll Administration for 2500 employees based in more than 40 states.You understand thoroughly the entire payroll cycle and the importance of accurate and timely processing of the payroll and taxes in compliance with the state legislation by supporting the US Payroll team:
