Daily,Weekly,Monthly,seasonal Trade Analysis: Produce the "Monday Trade Pack," analyzing performance across all channels. You will identify "Top 10" and "Bottom 10" performers and provide the "Why" behind the numbers.
Develop and maintain masters : Make and update various masters - product and store
KPI Tracking: Discount, sell thru, DRR, PvA, etc
Ad-hoc Deep Dives: Conduct specific category analysisto support the Senior Merchandiser’s strategy.Develop and maintain trackers for lead merchandiser
Allocation: Ensure execution of the distribution of new seasonal drops across the store network based on historical cluster performance and current trend forecasts.
Replenishment: Ensuring Management of replenishment in store
Consolidation: Identify "broken" size sets in low-performing stores and recommend stock transfers to high-performing "power" stores to maximize full-price sales and suggest the same to merchandiser
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the "Go-Live" process. This includes verifying product descriptions, ensuring correct tax/currency attributes, and checking that image alt-text is SEO-compliant.
Site Health Checks: Conduct daily audits of the "New Arrivals" and "Sale" categories.
Ensure that products with no stock are automatically hidden to prevent "No stock" for customer frustrations.
Promotional Execution: Ensuring the digital price matches the physical store ticket ; Ensuring discount guardrails are being followed (daily/weekly cadence)
