Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing strategic recruitment plans and activities. This role requires an understanding of the client's business to identify and secure high-quality candidates for available opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Develop Sourcing Strategy: Create a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract and prescreen candidates, utilizing various candidate channels such as job fairs, agencies, the internet, and employee referral bonus programs.
Manage Candidate Channels: Oversee and maintain multiple candidate channels to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
Execute Recruitment Plans: Implement and execute recruitment plans and activities to meet client needs and secure top talent.
Identify Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to understand their business and identify recruitment needs to secure the best candidates.
Prescreen Candidates: Attract and prescreen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and expectations.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Exposure to Recruitment Planning: Experience working with recruitment plans and activities, including creating sourcing strategies and managing candidate channels.
Understanding of Candidate Channels: Familiarity with various candidate channels, such as job fairs, agencies, the internet, and employee referral bonus programs.
Client Business Acumen: Exposure to understanding client business needs to identify and secure high-quality candidates for available opportunities.
Recruitment Execution: Experience working with executing recruitment plans and activities to meet client needs and secure top talent.
Candidate Prescreening: Exposure to attracting and prescreening candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and expectations.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
