About The Team Eightfold Marketing is evolving into a high-velocity, AI-first growth engine as we move to Agent Scale. We prioritize speed, experimentation, and performance over traditional corporate polish. The creative team acts as a force multiplier—building scalable brand systems and AI-driven workflows that enable bold storytelling, rapid iteration, and consistent brand expression across channels.
About The Role We’re looking for an AI-native Senior Graphic Designer who treats AI as a creative collaborator, not just a tool. This role goes beyond pixel-perfect execution—you’ll curate and orchestrate generative AI workflows to produce high-volume, on-brand creative at speed. You’ll help encode our brand into AI systems, balance experimentation with brand rigor, and elevate AI outputs with strong human judgment.
