Location: Remote (US)

Compensation: $70,000 base salary + commission based on performance

We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier Sales Representatives (Sales Reps) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to source, recruit, and hire high-performing Sales Reps and SDRs.
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit with our sales team requirements.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Experience working at a SaaS company or agency preferred.

Must have experience in sales recruiting, with a track record of successfully hiring Sales Reps and SDRs.
