This role requires working from our local Hyderabad office 2-3x a week. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Workday Financials Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our Workday Financials platform and drive optimization across our Finance, Accounting, and Procurement processes. This is a techno-functional role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and business process improvement.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners and product owners to ensure seamless Workday functionality, drive enhancements, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver reporting and analytics that support strategic decision-making. This role will also support major finance system initiatives, including Workday Prism and Accounting Center implementation, testing, reporting, and training.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented — capable of managing ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
