Finance Executive

Executive, Finance (Contract role for 12 Months)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic finance professional to support our core finance functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, invoicing processes, reconciliations, and financial documentation—providing a strong foundation for a career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client and vendor invoices
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs
• Assist in monthly/quarterly closing and reporting activities
• Support audit and compliance requirements as needed

Requirements

• Completed B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and analytical skills
