You will support the end-to-end onboarding of global labels by leveraging a deep understanding of consumer trends and operational requirements within the Beauty and Personal Care sector.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Sourcing & Strategy: Identify and evaluate international beauty and lifestyle brands that align with company growth and market positioning.Relationship Management: Proactively build and maintain strategic partnerships with global brand owners, principals, and agencies.Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up on leads and provide status updates on BD opportunities to ensure alignment with Business Unit (BU) goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; influence and align cross-functional teams toward common objectives.Execution: Deliver high-quality output and end-to-end onboarding of brands with limited oversight.Qualifications & SkillsIndustry Experience: 2+ years in the Beauty Industry, specifically within e-commerce and business development.Global Expertise: Proven success working directly for, or as a partner to, International Beauty Brands.Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; a natural ability to negotiate and liaise with diverse groups of people.Soft Skills: * Self-directed focus with the ability to prioritize in ambiguous environments.Strong category interest (a must).Ability to travel as required by the business.
