Using live analytics, you'll drive students toward complete goal attainment. You'll also develop the Guides working with you. Your resources include performance data, a battle-tested methodology, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.
A typical morning may begin with individual Guide coaching, analyzing Coachbot data and pinpointing cohort performance gaps. By midday you're facilitating live student sessions, executing playbook exercises on constructive feedback exchange. Afternoons are dedicated to motivation work: meeting with individual students, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and leveraging Alpha's reward systems (campus currency, performance rankings) to re-engage a reluctant seventh grader. You maintain direct ownership of a cohort, ensuring you remain proficient in the competencies you're developing in others.
Three outcomes define your success: students genuinely enjoy school, they progress at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they acquire meaningful life competencies. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
