Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior GTM Strategy leader to drive market expansion, product commercialization, and high-impact strategic initiatives across Paytm’s ecosystem.
This role will work closely with business leaders, product teams, and data/analytics functions to define and execute go-to-market strategies for key products and strategic growth initiatives. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and execution leadership to scale products and unlock new growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy consulting, product strategy, growth strategy, or analytics-driven transformation roles and a proven ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy & Business Growth
- Own and drive end-to-end GTM strategy for key Paytm products, platforms, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
- Develop business cases, market entry strategies, and commercialization frameworks for new offerings.
- Work closely with leadership to shape long-term growth strategy and strategic priorities.
Strategic Initiatives & Transformation
- Lead high-impact strategic programs including product launches, market expansion, and business transformation initiatives.
- Drive data-driven decision making by leveraging market insights, customer analytics, and competitive benchmarking.
- Translate complex business problems into scalable strategic solutions and execution roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of GTM initiatives.
- Act as a strategic interface between leadership and execution teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional programs with clear governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Product Commercialization & Market Impact
- Drive commercialization of new digital products, analytics-led solutions, and platform capabilities.
- Develop market positioning, value propositions, and customer narratives to support enterprise and ecosystem sales.
- Track GTM performance through adoption metrics, revenue impact, and customer outcomes, and refine strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–12 years of experience in strategy consulting, GTM strategy, product strategy, business transformation, or growth roles.
- Experience working in top-tier consulting firms, fintech, technology, SaaS, or analytics-driven organizations.
- Strong structured problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven experience driving large cross-functional initiatives and business transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
- MBA from a top-tier institute or equivalent experience preferred.
