What We're Looking For The Regulatory Program Manager will be responsible for leading the end to end execution of complex, cross enterprise technology regulatory initiatives, translating evolving regulatory and policy requirements into actionable, integrated delivery plans. This role drives alignment across products, engineering, ODM/JDM partners, test labs, legal, compliance, finance, and operations to ensure timely, compliant outcomes while proactively identifying and mitigating risk across key dimensions including revenue impact, product and market compliance, delivery timelines, and dependency management. The Regulatory Program Manager owns governance, cadence, and executive level reporting, maintains a holistic risk and issue management framework, and ensures regulatory commitments are met without compromising business objectives or customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will apply in-depth Regulatory certification experience and will have a strong background in AI-driven transformation and digital automation technologies with a track record of applying them to deliver measurable value in complex enterprise solutions. Location- ***Role is required to be onsite in Holtsville, NY office (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week).

Pay Range $136,040.00 - $204,060.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 15% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
