Overview The Services Enablement & Transformation (SET) team at Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support. This role goes beyond the traditional executive assistant responsibilities; it's a dynamic partnership focused on maximizing the executive’s impact and improving the team’s operating effectiveness and building relationships across the business. You will operate as a trusted advisor and right hand, managing day-to-day operational flow, ensuring the executive is focused on the highest-value activities.
The Services Enablement & Transformation (SET) team accelerates how Services Technology builds, delivers, and scales products by removing friction from the product development lifecycle. Acting as trusted partners across the organization, SET focuses on simplifying platforms, strengthening governance, advancing cloud and AI-driven ways of working, and improving developer experience, enabling teams to move faster, operate more consistently, and innovate at market speed without compromising security, quality, or trust.
This is a hybrid position based in O’Fallon, MO, requiring three days per week onsite.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
