Job Prerequisites Education & Certification : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics, plus professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent)
Leadership Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance management experience, including international team leadership and client relationship management in complex service environments with exceptional attention to detail & accuracy.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations), with a strong knowledge of internal controls
Communication & Leadership: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams
Client-Focused Collaboration: Strong commitment to client service excellence with experience working in diverse, fast-paced professional environments and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PS, E1 and Corrigo systems or similar enterprise resource planning platforms, Background in real estate services, facilities management, or professional services industries, Track record of process improvement and system implementation initiatives.
