About The Role

• This position will be integral to enhancing the corporate visa requirement.
• Responsibilities will include driving business and tourist visa, managing escalation and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) for the business line.
• Proficiency in analyzing all country visa requirements pan India.

What Will You Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end visa application process for clients, including preparing and submitting visa applications, coordinating with external agencies, and tracking the status of applications.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and team members on visa requirements, processes, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to immigration laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, accounts, and vendors, to gather necessary information and documentation for visa applications.
• Maintain accurate records of visa applications and approvals, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for visa-related inquiries for corporates and external partners.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the visa application process and improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on visa application status, trends, and metrics for management review.

Qualification & Experience

• Experience in visa or immigration services, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience in working with corporate travel companies.
• In-depth knowledge of visa categories, processes, and requirements for various countries.
• Experience working in fast-pace environments.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate from a reputed college.
