Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business.
As an Associate in Investment Banking Coverage for Central and Eastern Europe (“CEE”), you would be to assist on execution, marketing and coverage work for e.g. public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across all industry sectors, equity capital markets advisory on various types of capital raising transactions such as listings and rights issues across the CEE region together with other colleagues from the team, as well as colleagues from various industry and / or product teams across regions.
You will have strong function skills in the major areas of investment banking and will demonstrate the ability to become a senior officer who is capable of generating and executing your own transactions. This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
