Role Title: Infra Lead

Location: India (Delhi preferred)

Experience: 12–20+ years

Role Summary

Lead and manage IT infrastructure architecture, deployment, and operations for large‑scale Government programs. The role focuses on both On prem and cloud‑based infra multi‑environment setups (DC/DR), security hardening, observability, NOC governance, and ensuring infra readiness for mission‑critical Government platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead infra architecture, planning, and implementation for Government programs across DC/DR environments, cloud stacks, and secure network flows.
Own infra readiness for multi‑environment landscapes (Production, Staging, Training, Security, Shared Environments).
Establish and govern CI/CD pipelines, reliability engineering, monitoring, and observability dashboards (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
Oversee NOC operations (24×7), release management, and infra SLAs.
Work closely with Solutioning, Delivery, Security, OEMs, and Government PMUs to ensure infra compliance and readiness.
Support RFP responses for infra sizing, architecture, tools, and SLAs—aligned with the infra‑solution leadership gap noted in Infra Solution lead.

Must‑Have Skills

Strong experience in cloud infrastructure with hands‑on leadership in large Government programs.
Expertise in DC/DR planning, VPC design, hardening, backup/DR processes, and environment orchestration.
Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, NOC operations, and reliability engineering.
Ability to partner with solutioning teams to build compelling infra proposals and defend architectural choices.
Strong stakeholder management across Government teams, vendors, and consulting partners.

Preferred Background

Experience in e‑Governance, Digital Public Infrastructure, or large cloud‑native public‑sector deployments.
Certifications: AWS Architect / Azure Architect / Cloud Security / DevOps (preferred).
Prior experience managing multi‑vendor tech ecosystems.
