We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary: This job will oversee a team of talented analysts and investigators conducting special investigations. You will identify and respond to new crime trends to stay ahead of emerging threats, guiding the development of new tools and techniques for investigations. Your responsibilities include engaging with other teams to explore and identify applications of new tools, overseeing the development of automated solutions for investigative tasks, and communicating complex problem statements and solutions to senior leaders.
