US Tax Manager

Requirements Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations (1040, 1065, 1120)
• Manage multi-state tax filings while ensuring compliance with both federal and state tax laws
• Analyze financial statements and accompanying documents to verify the accuracy of tax returns
• Oversee comprehensive tax engagements for clients based in the US
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and offer strategic advice
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior tax staff
• Ensure all tax returns are filed promptly and deadlines are strictly met
• Collaborate with clients to collect necessary financial information and address any questions
• Keep abreast of updates and changes in US tax legislation and regulations
• Support clients during IRS notices, audits, and tax assessments
