As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by partnering closely with the Outside Sales and Application Engineer. You’ll engage directly with customers, manage critical parts of the sales cycle, and help deliver cutting-edge 3D vision and robotics solutions to leading manufacturers, system integrators, and distributors.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll have real ownership of pipeline development, customer experience, and sales execution in a fast-growing, technical market.

Salary:
Base salary: $60,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Variable compensation: Performance-based bonus/commission (details discussed during the interview process)
On-target earnings (OTE): $75,000–$90,000
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary coordination point between Outside Sales, Application Engineers, and customers
Manage and move opportunities through the sales pipeline from lead to close
Communicate with customers in English and Spanish (US + LATAM markets)
Qualify inbound leads and support targeted outbound outreach (calls, follow-ups)
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
Coordinate with distribution partners and support joint sales efforts
Act as a key contact for customer inquiries and post-sales communication
Requirements:
Must-have:
Professional fluency in Spanish and English (required)
3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or similar B2B role
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce…)
Comfort with outbound prospecting and cold calling
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities
Self-motivated and driven to proactively move tasks and opportunities forward
Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and maintaining high standards of execution
Nice-to-have:
Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or technical B2B sales
Experience working with system integrators or distributors
Experience supporting international customers or working across US and LATAM markets
Familiarity with sales processes involving technical products or longer sales cycles
