The Inside Account Manager (IAM) for Barcode Supplies is a sales professional responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of named customer accounts with a focus on Zebra's supplies offerings. This office-based role involves prospecting, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing business deals through virtual channels like phone and email. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our mission to capture a larger market share in barcode supplies to support our position as a market leader In thermal print. We are looking for someone with a true entrepreneurial mindset, who is ready to take on a new challenge and help us drive our business forward. You will be a key contributor to our sales team, driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction within the supplies market. Responsibilities: The Inside Account Manager (Barcode Supplies) acts as a product specialist/expert by taking ownership of assigned end-user accounts and/or territory across verticals with a specific focus on selling our Supplies portfolio specifically in both new and existing customer accounts.

• Manages a target account list of customers, with a focus on driving sales across Zebra's portfolio of supplies.
• Accountable for the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, and closing business to achieve sales quota.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and personas within client organizations.
• Leverages Zebra Sales Plays to proposition Zebra products and solutions, working with the right personas to support customer outcomes.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities, using CRM tools to track activity and manage sales forecasts.
• Proactively shares best practices with colleagues and seeks out opportunities to share learning and successes, contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
• Works closely with Regional Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams to align sales efforts.
• Stays informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and product developments in the supplies market

Qualifications: We are interested in speaking to you - if you have a passion for sales, entrepreneurial spirit and team-focused mindset. Zebra has an excellent training program, and we prioritise skills over previous experience.
