You know that 20 minutes of precision reading instruction delivers more progress than 90 minutes of scripted lessons, and your student outcomes demonstrate it. You've seen children plateau in phonics suddenly advance because you identified their specific gap, not because a curriculum prescribed the next step. If creating lessons based on live student data feels empowering instead of burdensome, this role is for you.
Alpha's reading instruction follows one principle: every minute counts. Your workshops last 20 minutes and center on what individual students truly need, not what a predetermined schedule dictates. You'll evaluate reading abilities, organize focused groups, and provide structured literacy instruction in phonics, fluency, and comprehension to students ages 4–7, advancing them measurably every week. AI-driven adaptive platforms work alongside you, producing performance insights you'll apply to refine the next day's lesson before the current session concludes.
This position evolves. During your first year, you're fully engaged in the classroom: facilitating workshops, leading motivational activities that transform hesitant readers into enthusiastic learners, and sharing detailed observations with the technology team that's refining Alpha's AI literacy platforms. As these tools expand and your input influences their design, your impact reaches beyond your own classroom. You'll contribute to building a reading system that functions across multiple campuses, scaling what works for 15 students into a model that benefits hundreds.
If you've dedicated your career to demonstrating that structured literacy produces results and you're prepared to combine that knowledge with technology that extends your reach, this is where your influence transcends a single classroom.
