Graduation Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB
Roles & Responsibility:
1 Conducting prior art searches on paid and free Databases
2 Collaborating with teams to assess IP risk and opportunities associated with products and technologies
3 Conducting Freedom to Operate for products and platforms
4 Preparing First Examination Report responses

Creating an initial understanding of Invention, collaborating with inventors for Information disclosure Form drafting
6 Reviewing and drafting Agreement, Contract and other Legal Document
7 Reviewing privacy data related documents
