Team ManagementLead and continuously train warehouse staff.Assign tasks and monitor performance.Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.4. Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure pickup is done.Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies. Manage documentation for inbound and outbound goods.Track & verify transporters invoicing, performance and allocations. Implement TMS in Bangalore. 5. Quality ControlInspect garments for defects or inconsistencies.Ensure garments meet company and customer standards.SOP audits on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure adherence. Perform random stock audits to prevent any pilferages, discrepancies, or human errors. 6. System & ReportingUse warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.Generate reports on each daily activities like inventory, GRN, picking, packing, cycle count and performance metrics.Work on the data to track improvement areas and work on the projects. Analyse anomalies of D365 Entries and SAP Updates.7. Compliance & SafetyEnforce health and safety regulations.Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
