Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to manage the full lifecycle delivery of BI and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise with hands-on data engineering skills, a cloud-first mindset, and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into high-quality, production-ready analytical products. Domain experience in aircraft operations is a plus.
Major Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for business intelligence and analytics solutions, from requirements through delivery and operationalization.
• Partner with stakeholders, and customers to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements and analytical objectives.
• Author, review, and maintain analytical business intelligence system and supporting content to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Document detailed business and functional requirements, process flows, and data mappings to support analytics and reporting solutions.
• Analyze source data and collaborate closely with data engineers and developers to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
• Create and maintain comprehensive execution plans covering tracking, monitoring, and delivery milestones to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to validate that solutions meet documented requirements.
• Produce and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for integration and delivery projects.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards, performance targets, and stakeholder expectations; drive continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis practices, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience with relational and distributed data platforms; strong proficiency writing SQL and PySpark.
• Proven experience with cloud architecture and services—particularly Azure—and Databricks.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation, system/solution diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experienced at collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills; comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and data governance best practices.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Domain knowledge of aircraft operations, maintenance, or related aerospace data models.
• Prior experience working experience with Databricks and Neo4j
Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
