🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and manage POSP/Agency partners
• Drive Motor Insurance sales through Agency channel
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct agent training and field visits
• Build strong agent and customer relationships
• Coordinate with HO team for smooth policy issuance
🔹 Eligibility:
• 1–3 years experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking (Agency channel preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of local agent network
• Graduate (any stream)
• Willing to travel
