Description Amazon International Operations Finance Team is seeking a curious, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Finance Directors in London. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys partnering with other EAs and senior leaders.
This role demands a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment and knowing the right time to ask questions and request directions. The right candidate will be a detail oriented, with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. The candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, be customer-service oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. Having great organization skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice will ensure success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.

About The Team Amazon is seeking an exceptionally bright and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Finance Leaders in WW Ops Finance. This role will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the WW OPS Finance Team and ensure seamless business planning and coordination across the wider business. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other WW OPS Finance Executive Assistants to support overall administrative goals.
