The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition through high-impact paid campaigns across digital channels.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels
Drive high-quality lead acquisition and improve funnel conversion
Continuously optimise budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve performance
Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
Work closely with content/design teams to improve ad effectiveness

Requirements
2-3 years experience in performance marketing
B2C experience preferred
Prior EdTech experience (higher-ed or scaled consumer product) preferred
Strong analytical and execution mindset
