Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage MERN Stack projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with project plans and timelines. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related issues. - Implement best practices in project management and software development methodologies. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically with MERN Stack. - Strong understanding of MongoDB and its integration within the MERN Stack. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with additional technologies related to MERN Stack such as Node.js, Express.js, and React.js. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive innovation. Good to have skills: Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
