Trainee Executive - Production

Your focus In this role, you will be responsible to ensure accurate compounding of materials following standard procedures and safety requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas, complying with HACCP/GMP standards.

Operate production equipment (pumps, mixers, fillers) and handle material movement (lifting 25 kg bags, pushing/pulling 200 kg drums).

Adhere to SAP-based documentation for batch numbers, material numbers, and shop floor records.

How You Will Contribute

• Deliver error-free weighing, blending, and recording of raw materials to ensure product quality.
• Support inventory control and production efficiency through SAP and Excel proficiency.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration while maintaining high sanitation standards.
• Ensure timely production by being flexible for overtime and handling unexpected situations.
• Uphold safety compliance by using PPE and following all regulatory requirements.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Science or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
• Technical Skills:
• SAP knowledge (mandatory for Executive/Senior Executive roles).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel.
• Physical Ability:
• Capability to handle heavy materials (25 kg bags, 200 kg drums).
• Behavioral Competencies:
• Job Knowledge, Problem Solving, Results Orientation, Teamwork.
• Work Attributes:
• Ability to work unsupervised, adapt to change, and manage off-shift responsibilities.
• Compliance Awareness:
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.
