The Role
This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless IT operations within a fast‑paced corporate environment. As an onsite Field Service Technician, you will support end users by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a wide range of IT hardware, software, network components, and collaboration technologies.
You will contribute directly to business productivity by restoring systems quickly, maintaining asset accuracy, and ensuring compliance with IT security and safety standards.
The role provides exposure to modern workplace technologies, enterprise‑grade device ecosystems, and multi‑site operational environments — enabling hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge hardware, mobile platforms, AV systems, and network equipment used across today’s digital workplaces.
