The highest standard of support for a student who achieves 99% is to hold them accountable for reaching 100%.
At Alpha, this principle is foundational to daily operations. Academic learning occurs through self-directed digital platforms, not traditional instruction. This model positions you to focus on what drives measurable impact: facilitating dynamic workshops on public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback. You will use live analytics to motivate students toward complete goal attainment. You will also develop the Guides who support your work. Your operating tools include performance data, a structured methodology, and the executive presence required to engage middle school students effectively.
A typical morning may include a one-on-one coaching conversation with a Guide, analyzing Coachbot data to pinpoint where a cohort is underperforming. By midday, you are facilitating a live student workshop, executing a structured activity on feedback exchange. Afternoons transition to targeted motivation work: meeting with individual students, diagnosing their motivational drivers, and applying Alpha's incentive architecture—school currency and leaderboards—to re-engage a reluctant seventh grader. You maintain direct ownership of a cohort, ensuring you remain proficient in the competencies you are developing in others.
You are accountable for three measurable outcomes: students demonstrate enthusiasm for school, they progress at double the rate of traditional classrooms, and they acquire practical life competencies. You will coach Guides from your first day. As you scale results, your authority over campus-wide program execution expands.
Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Apply today.
