ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India’s largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio. Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is India’s leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional languages. This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept (2025-26) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.

Role Overview

ShareChat & Moj are India’s leading homegrown social platforms with deep penetration across regional and rural markets. We are looking for a high-impact Lead – Clients (FMCG) to drive strategic revenue growth across marquee FMCG brands. This is a revenue-owning individual contributor role responsible for scaling key accounts, unlocking new opportunities, and positioning ShareChat & Moj as essential platforms for brands looking to win in Bharat and Hindi-speaking markets. The role requires consultative selling, strong category understanding, and the ability to integrate media, influencer, and content-led solutions including Microdrama.

What You’ll Do?

Revenue & Growth Ownership

Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets within the FMCG vertical.
Drive year-on-year growth across existing accounts.
Unlock incremental budgets across media, creators, and branded content solutions.
Own quarterly forecasting and pipeline planning.

Strategic Account Development

Design and execute growth plans aligned to brand priorities such as rural expansion, premiumization, penetration, and new launches.
Identify opportunities across always-on media, seasonal bursts, influencer programs, and Microdrama integrations.
Position ShareChat & Moj as critical to regional and Tier 2/3 scale.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with Category Managers , Brand Teams and Media Heads
Lead high-stakes conversations with clarity and confidence.
Negotiate commercials and close large-scale campaigns.

Market Expansion

Identify high-potential FMCG brands and regional challengers in the market.
Leverage platform strengths in rural and Hindi-speaking markets to unlock new revenue streams.
Stay informed on competitor activity and evolving category mandates.

Data & Performance Orientation

Analyze sales and campaign data to drive smarter upsell and cross-sell strategies.
Present revenue updates, performance reports, and realistic forecasts to leadership.
Translate platform insights into compelling client narratives.

Who are you?

8–12 years of experience in media/platform ad sales, FMCG sales
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of FMCG category structures
Ability to sell integrated solutions across media, creators, and content formats.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with comfort around data and forecasting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills required).
Bachelor’s degree required
