Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our technology team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling critical technology platforms and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality software while fostering a strong engineering culture focused on execution, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable and reliable software systems.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear execution plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive best practices in system design, development, testing, and code quality.
• Own delivery outcomes, ensuring predictability, quality, and timely execution.
• Hire, coach, and mentor engineers to build a strong and sustainable team.
• Establish and improve engineering processes to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of modern programming languages and cloud-based systems.
• At least 1 year of experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality software in an agile setup.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical depth with people and delivery responsibilities.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-availability systems.
• Exposure to regulated or high-reliability environments.
• Prior experience scaling teams or platforms during periods of growth.
