Manager – F&B Account Management – Work Dynamics (region/country) Food & Beverage Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee dining operations, vendor partnerships, and service excellence across our workplace food and beverage facilities. This role requires a strategic hospitality leader who can deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational efficiency, financial accountability, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee all food and beverage operations including menu development, service delivery, and facility management. Implement procedures that optimize efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular operational reviews to identify improvements in service, safety, and performance.
Vendor & Client Relations Manage relationships with food and beverage vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and coordinate catering services for corporate events and special functions. Oversee production schedules, menu selections, and service requirements while ensuring vendor compliance with quality standards.
Financial Management Process and reconcile food and beverage invoices accurately. Monitor budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Track food costs, beverage programs, waste metrics, and operational expenses. Maintain financial records per company policies.
Guest Experience Develop guest satisfaction measurement programs and analyze feedback to drive improvements. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, beverage selection, or service issues promptly. Build strong relationships with guests to understand and anticipate their needs.
Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and alcohol service laws. Maintain comprehensive records including sanitation logs, food safety certifications, subsidy documentation, and inspection reports. Implement safety protocols and HACCP principles.
Inventory & Supply Chain Oversee inventory levels for food, beverages, and operational supplies. Implement control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Coordinate purchasing schedules and equipment maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
Required Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years in food and beverage management with demonstrated leadership in hospitality or corporate dining environments.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of F&B operations, culinary standards, health regulations, vendor management, and service excellence.
Skills: Strong organizational and negotiation abilities, financial acumen, customer service expertise, and proficiency in F&B management systems.
Certifications: Food Safety Manager certification preferred; alcohol service certification as required.
