Description Application deadline: Mar 30, 2026
At Amazon, we're not just broadcasting live sports — we're reinventing the world of live sports advertising. The Advertising in Live Events (ALE) team sits at the intersection of Amazon's premium sports and entertainment content and our world-class advertising platform. We move fast, build big, and own our outcomes end-to-end.
We're looking for a strategic, execution-obsessed Senior Program Manager to join our team as a Senior Live Events Property Manager — a role where you'll be the single-threaded owner for a portfolio of high-profile, complex live sports properties and a key driver of how Amazon shapes the future of live event advertising globally.
Drive strategic vision and execution: You'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution for your properties — from multi-year roadmap planning through launch, optimization, and continuous innovation. You'll define success metrics, identify growth opportunities, and influence product and business strategy across global live events.
Lead through influence and complexity: Partner with and influence senior leaders across Sales, Monetization, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver flawless ad experiences for some of the most-watched live events on the planet. You'll navigate ambiguity, resolve cross-organizational conflicts, and drive alignment across competing priorities.
Think strategically, mentor operationally: Beyond managing your own portfolio, you'll serve as a thought leader and mentor to other property managers, establishing best practices, scaling processes, and raising the bar for the entire team. You'll identify systemic improvements and drive organizational change.
Make transformational impact: Your work directly shapes advertiser outcomes, viewer experiences, and Amazon's position as the premier destination for live sports advertising globally. You'll own business-critical launches and drive measurable revenue impact.
If you're energized by complexity, thrive in ambiguous environments, excel at influencing senior stakeholders, and want to work on programs that millions of people experience in real time — this is the role for you.
