We are looking for job title : Salesforce Licensing and Analytics SpecialistYou’ll create impact by
Leading and optimizing Salesforce licenses across a large multi‑org, multi‑cloud environment by conducting regular audits and analyzing license usage, consumption, and adoption.
Identifying cost‑saving opportunities by detecting unused or underutilized licenses and driving optimization initiatives such as reallocation, downgrade, or retirement to achieve measurable savings.
Owning the end‑to‑end Salesforce license lifecycle, from procurement and allocation to ongoing optimization and retirement, while ensuring compliance with Salesforce licensing terms.
Developing clear dashboards and reports that provide clarity into license utilization, adoption metrics, spend, and operational KPIs for senior leadership and financial partners.
Partnering closely with business units, IT, procurement, finance, and legal teams to align on licensing strategy, future demand, and efficient purchasing decisions.
Supporting the Salesforce CoE governance model by defining standard methodologies for license monitoring, reporting, and documentation to enable centralized control and long‑term scalability.
Translating sophisticated usage, financial, and contractual data into clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Presenting licensing policies and optimization benefits clearly across the organization to increase adoption, visibility, and value realization.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of experience in software license management, IT procurement, or software asset management, with hands‑on experience optimizing Salesforce environments in large enterprises.
Solid grasp of Salesforce licensing models and products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and platform licenses.
Demonstrable ability to conduct license audits, analyze usage data, build cases, and deliver significant cost‑optimization outcomes.
Experience crafting KPIs, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
Confirmed background in financial analysis, cost modeling, and optimization planning, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent participant communication skills, with the ability to explain licensing concepts to technical, business, and financial audiences.
Experience working in global, cross‑cultural, and remote environments, leading multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Relevant certifications in Software Asset Management, ITIL, or Salesforce (Platform Foundations or similar) are a strong advantage
