We are seeking a results-driven Paid Social Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-informed decision-making and creative testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices
- Manage audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and customer journeys
- Oversee tracking implementation (pixels, events, UTM parameters) and ensure data accuracy
- Work with analytics teams to measure attribution and performance across channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns
- Proven track record of driving performance and scaling campaigns
- Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, attribution platforms, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing
- Familiarity with creative strategy and performance-driven content
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Pay Rate Range: $108.38-$127.5/hr
