You will define the family experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, care, and excellence. Your scope includes managing day-to-day communications, organizing impactful admissions events, and keeping applicant data accurate to support sound decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering timely, considerate, and polished communication with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, in person and online
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up workflows with precision and currency

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
