S&P Global Market Intelligence The Role: Lead, Database Engineering.
The Team: We are looking for a highly self-motivated hands-on Database Engineer who would focus on our database infrastructures estate and tune database queries within our enterprise solutions division. He will manage and optimize SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL & MySQL databases hosted in AWS environments such as Amazon RDS, Amazon EC2, and Amazon Aurora. The role requires expertise in database performance tuning, security, and cloud-based best practices.

Responsibilities: The Database Administrator will manage and optimize SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL databases hosted in AWS environments such as Amazon RDS, Amazon EC2, and Amazon Aurora. The role requires expertise in database performance tuning, security, automation and cloud-based best practices. The DBA will collaborate closely with architects, developers, system administrators, and DevOps teams to ensure efficient database integration with business applications.
